At this level teams may be paying your way (i.e. Scholarships, Billets, etc.) stadiums may be full of paying fans, games broadcast online or TV, you may be leaving home to play/compete, coaches are paid lots of money to coach, and athletes are trying to WIN and be successful in their sport.

20 Minute Intro Session
- The purpose of the initial consultation is for you to learn a bit more about the program and determine if it is the right fit for you and your career!
Transition into Elite Sport Program
- Program includes:
- Three (3) 1-1 mental performance coaching sessions.
- Academy access with videos, exercises, and build your own tools.
