        Classifying Injuries

        Minor Injuries


        Injuries that allow you to continue activity with some modifications.


          Moderate Injuries


          Injuries that disrupt body functions and may necessitate temporary stopping of activities. Recovery involves rest, recover, and rehabilitation. Injuries that keep you out of your sport for approximately 4-6 weeks.


          Major Injuries 


          Injuries that render you unable to perform physical activities and often require surgical intervention. Injuries that are usually 8+ weeks or season ending. 


          Our Services & Programs

          20 Minute Intro Session

          • The purpose of the initial consultation is for you to learn a bit more about Fortitude's services and to determine if it is a fit for you the client.

          Psychological Readiness to Return From Injury Assessment

          • 40 minute 1-1 private, mental performance coaching session designed for individuals overcoming an injury and wanting to evaluate their mental readiness to return.

          Minor Injury Session

          • One (1) 1-1 Mental performance coaching session
          • Discuss how to play through and manage your minor injury. 
          • Develop a mindset/strategy. 

          Program designed for injuries you can play through but are impacting you along the way.

          Moderate Injury Program 

          • Three (3) 1-1 Mental performance coaching sessions.
          • One (1) Readiness to Return from Injury Assessment.
          • Injured Athlete Playbook.

          Program designed for injuries that are 4-6 weeks recovery time. 

          Major Injury Program 

          • Six (6) 1-1 Mental performance coaching sessions.
          • One (1) Readiness to Return from Injury Assessment.
          • Injured Athlete Playbook.

          Program designed for injuries that are season ending, or longer than 6 weeks recovery time.
